How does a parts request work?
You describe the part, the boat, the use — via the form or by email. We confirm the reference with you (sometimes a few back-and-forths, to be sure), then order from the Osculati catalogue or direct from the brand, and follow through to delivery.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate on Lac Léman — mainly the Vaud Riviera, Lavaux and Geneva basin. Delivery to your address or pickup at Port de La Pichette (Corseaux) by appointment.
Which brands do you source?
The Osculati catalogue covers the essentials: Victron Energy, Lewmar, Marlow, Whale, Sika, Veneziani, Yachticon, Polyform, RopEye, Treadmaster Marine, Dometic. For specialised instruments like Vakaros, we work with the brand directly — reseller partnership in progress.
What about delivery lead times?
Depends on the supplier. From Osculati, a few days for common references. For specific parts (Lewmar winches built to spec, specialised antifouling), it’s longer — we give you an estimate before the order.
